Qual o período de realização ? | When will the Biennale be held?
Será realizado entre o final de 2024 e início de 2025.
It will take place between the end of 2024 and the beginning of 2025.

Pré-seleção:
Apenas os projetos e propostas pré-selecionados serão comunicados, exclusivamente por e-mail. Não haverá a publicação do resultado no site ou nos meios de comunicação .
Seleção:
Nesta etapa serão selecionados os projetos e propostas que vão integrar a programação da Bienal de Arte Digital e serão promovidos em nossas redes.

Pre-selection:
Only the pre-selected projects and proposals will be communicated, exclusively by e-mail. The results will not be published on the website or in the media.
Selection:
At this stage, the projects and proposals that will form part of the Digital Art Biennial program and will be promoted on our networks will be selected.

Se eu não for selecionado, posso entrar com recurso? | If I'm not selected, can I appeal?
A seleção e decisões da curadoria e comissão organizadora são soberanas, não cabendo qualquer tipo de recurso contra os resultados.
The selection and decisions of the curators and organizing committee are sovereign, and there can be no appeal against the results.
Quais as contrapartidas oferecidas pela Bienal? | What are the counterparts offered by the Biennial
a) montagem e logística local dos projetos no Brasil, propostas, obras conceituais e artísticas, execução das oficinas e palestras (quando aplicável);
b) promoção e divulgação (sujeita aos limites previstos no plano de mídia do Bienal);
c) cachê de participação; (atrelado as condições orçamentárias dos recursos oriundos de captação de patrocínio definidas até a data de realização)

a) local assembly and logistics of projects in Brazil, proposals, conceptual and artistic works, execution of workshops and lectures (where applicable);
b) promotion and dissemination (subject to the limits set out in the Bienal’s media plan);
c) participation fees (subject to the budgetary conditions of the funds raised through sponsorship defined up to the date of the event).

Se eu for selecionado, o que devo fazer? | If I'm selected, what should I do?
Para a participação na Bienal de Arte Digital do Festival de Arte Digital, os selecionados deverão assinar: CARTA ACORDO de participação da edição, os TERMOS DE LICENCIAMENTO DE DIREITOS AUTORAIS E AUTORIZAÇÃO DE USO DE IMAGEM.
In order to take part in the Digital Art Festival’s Digital Art Biennale, those selected must sign: a LETTER OF AGREEMENT to take part in the edition, the COPYRIGHT LICENSE AND IMAGE USE AUTHORIZATION TERMS.
O que acontece se eu não entregar a documentação exigida após a seleção do meu projeto? | What happens if I don't submit the required documentation after my project has been selected?
Os selecionados que não responderem a tempo às exigências documentais nos prazos e limites estabelecidos após a confirmação da seleção, serão automaticamente excluídos da seleção para o evento.
Those selected who do not respond in time to the documentary requirements within the deadlines and limits set after confirmation of selection will be automatically excluded from selection for the event.
